- Shipping Terms and Return Policy
All goods are shipped in original factory condition using common carriers as directed by each customer. All shipments are FOB, Weston, FL 33327.
We take care in packing your order(s) to prevent any damage in transit, however, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments as our terms are FOB. If you’d like to have us insure your shipment please indicate this on your order.
We offer drop / blind shipping to save time and costs*.
Merchandise may be returned only with advanced approval and RMA number.
*Minimum order value (MOV): All orders under $50.00 will be charged a $7.95 minimum order fee.
- Please note the following return conditions:
- There will be a 15% restocking charge on returned stock items. RMA required.
- There will be a 25% restocking charge for Non stock (third party) items.
- Custom tooling orders are not returnable, nor are discontinued / closeout items.
- No merchandise may be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be prepaid.
